Brookhaven/Fieldstone Pool Information

It may seem a bit late but Summer is on the way! With this year’s impending pool season the Brookhaven/Fieldstone pool has been undergoing some important renovations.

For 2018 we would like to welcome H&L Pool Management!

We understand that there were some concerns from homeowners in previous years regarding the management of the pool and feel that this is a move in the right direction. H&L has been hard at work making several renovations to our pool area for this year. After careful review and inspection of the pool after the 2017 season we found several issues with the plumbing, filters, and pipes. Several of these issues contributed to a large number of the complaints that were received regarding the pool last year.

After careful review and consideration from multiple sources and vendors, it was determined to move forward with these necessary repairs and renovations. These included, new pool pumps and new filters with new filter media which will help preserve the cleanliness of the water in the pool. New filtration system that helps electronically monitor chemicals levels in the pool to ensure the proper levels at all times which will help prevent cloudy or discolored water, or any potential closings due to high chemical levels. We’ve also installed new plumbing in the pump room to replace damaged leaking pipes from the past.

These renovations, along with a new pool management company, will help drastically improve the community pool experience for all of our homeowners!

We look forward to seeing everyone at the pool this season!
